Day 01 : Arrival in Srinagar | Shikara Ride & Hotel Check-in
10:00 AM: Meet & greet at Srinagar Airport/Railway Station by our driver. Transfer to hotel/houseboat.
1:00 PM: Check-in, freshen up, and enjoy lunch (on your own).
3:00 PM: Visit Mughal Gardens (Nishat or Shalimar) - spacious lawns perfect for kids to play.
5:00 PM: Experience a 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake. See floating gardens, markets. (Duration adjustable).
7:30 PM: Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Srinagar.
Optional: Evening visit to Lal Chowk market for shopping. -
Day 02 : Gulmarg Day Tour | Gondola Ride (Optional)
8:30 AM: Depart after breakfast for Gulmarg (2-hour drive). Scenic stops for photos.
11:00 AM: Arrive in Gulmarg. Explore the famous meadow. Kids can play in safe, open spaces.
12:30 PM: Gondola Ride (Phase 1) to Kongdoori. Stunning views of snow-capped peaks. (Ticket not included).
2:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant (own expense).
3:00 PM: Visit St. Mary's Church, golf course. Enjoy pony rides (optional) around the meadow.

Day 03 : Pahalgam Day Excursion | Betaab & Aru Valley
8:00 AM: Early breakfast, depart for Pahalgam (2.5-hour drive).
10:30 AM: Arrive in Pahalgam. First stop: Betaab Valley - named after the Bollywood film. Great for family photos.
