Vehicle and booking information

Share your route, dates, passenger count and luggage requirements when requesting a written quote. Before paying, review:

• Vehicle details: model or variant, passenger capacity excluding the driver, luggage space, transmission and fuel type.
• Charges: what is included and payable separately for the driver, fuel, tolls, parking, taxes, permits, driver expenses, local vehicles, snow-related services and waiting time.
• Changes: whether a requested route, pickup-time or date change can be accommodated, with any revised price and terms agreed before proceeding.
• Cancellation and refunds: deadlines, charges, non-refundable amounts and how any refund is calculated for your booking.
• Trip contact and breakdown procedure: support hours, driver arrangements, replacement availability and any applicable charges.

Use the terms in your written quotation; do not assume a particular vehicle variant, inclusion, refund percentage or service guarantee.
