For a relaxed valley experience, 5–7 days is ideal. It allows you to spend 1–2 nights in Srinagar, 1–2 nights in Gulmarg, 2 nights in Pahalgam and a day trip to Sonmarg or Doodhpathri/Yusmarg. Short 3–4 day trips are possible but will cover fewer places.
